Hi Amina. Here in Northern America, recyclable/reusable shopping bags have become the norm in light of preventing plastic buildup & helping the environment (less paper bags, less trees cut down). I believe that some Hollywood stars have taken to buying this one particular fashionable environmental-friendly shopping bag. You're doing the right thing for the environment in creating this bag. :-)
